You may cancel your Qalam AI Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within this window.
To request a refund, contact us at support@qalamai-tech.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not available for partial months, renewals after the initial period, or accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
